成立 7 年的 D&M Hair Design，目前是公認紐西蘭數一數二的頂尖沙龍。除了每季的趨勢髮型， 您也可以在各大知名時尚雜誌，或是時尚品牌的新作發表上看到 D&M 的創意作品。D&M 向來在教育與技術精進這一塊相當注重，不僅安排旗下設計師進修美髮相關的專業課程，也會不定期鼓勵設計師發想創意，創作創意作品，以保持對於髮型文化的高度熱忱。

這一系列 The Sister ，利用黑白像素創造出素描寫實的粗糙感，不著邊際的髮線一路順著臉頰，滑落頸肩一路延伸至無底洞的盡頭。奢華的裝飾與前衛感十足的造型，看得出 D&M 在髮型與服裝上面的豐富經驗以及未來在創意髮型上的無限發展。
