Shane Bennett 三度奪得英國 BHA 美髮大賽北愛爾蘭年度最佳設計師，成為全英國進入 BHA美髮大賽名人堂最年輕的設計師。愛爾蘭對於 Shane 並不陌生，他常常出現在電視上，他的作品也常常會在時尚雜誌中刊登，而他的髮型發表秀也取得國際性的成功。

Shane 不只在個人成就上不斷突破，也提攜自己的沙龍後輩，一起組成藝術團隊、製作髮型作品集，並一起報名參與美髮大賽。二度獲選為北愛爾蘭年度最佳髮廊，Shane Benette Salon 可以說是全愛爾蘭最成功、最具盛名的髮廊。
